Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Relay mobile applications and any related materials provided by Total Team (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using Relay, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Relay is a client application that connects to your own Plex account and libraries. Relay does not host, sell, or distribute music or other media. Playback and library content come from services and infrastructure operated by Plex and/or you.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must have a valid Plex account and the right to access the Plex libraries you use with Relay. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Relay in accordance with the applicable app store rules (including Apple App Store and Google Play) and this agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Relay to violate any law or third-party rights;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent security or usage limits;
- Use Relay to harass, harm, or disrupt others or our systems;
- Remove or alter legal notices or branding in the software.
5. Third-party services
Relay relies on Plex and may rely on other third-party services. Your use of Plex is governed by Plex’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for Plex’s services, availability, or content. Plex is a trademark of Plex Inc.
6. Intellectual property
Relay, its branding, and associated materials are owned by Total Team or its licensors. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted. You retain rights in your own content accessed through your Plex libraries.
7. Disclaimers
Relay is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Team and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Relay. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to Relay shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Relay in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars, if you have not paid us.
9. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Total Team against claims arising from your misuse of Relay, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Relay at any time. You may stop using Relay by uninstalling the app. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise. Courts in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
